Two years of running this on myself, tracking it properly, and paying for the mistakes so they are written down somewhere other than a forum thread.

I started the way most people do, which is badly. I bought before I understood handling, I ran two things at once that overlapped, and I could not tell you afterward which one did anything. That is the expensive version of learning, and it is entirely avoidable. Everything on this site is the version I wish someone had handed me.
The rule I hold to is simple. Mechanism, evidence quality and method, yes. Personal doses, protocols and human use instructions, no. Not because I am being coy, but because there is no established self administered dose for these compounds and pretending otherwise is how people get hurt. The research library explains what published studies actually reported, with the limits of that evidence stated plainly, so you can read the science without mistaking it for a personal prescription.
Two years, tracked properly, paid for out of pocket. Training and nutrition did the heavy lifting, peptides were one part of it, not a shortcut.
I sit on the supply side of this industry through Reign Peptide, a company I am involved in. You should know that before you read a single word of my vendor advice, which is why it is stated here, on the sales pages, and in the first lesson of the vetting course itself. Reign compound listings are for laboratory research, not medicines for personal use.
The way I handle it is this. I teach you the checklist first, how to confirm a lab exists, and the eleven ways certificates get faked, and then I invite you to score my own company on that same checklist. Where I do link to Reign, the link is marked, and it is a place to look, not a personal recommendation to buy. If the checklist were exempt for my own company, the course would be worthless and so would I.
For the handling gear, syringes, swabs, a scale, see the supplies directory, mostly plain Amazon links.
I post daily across a few places, and I run the private community.
